The complimentary breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is nice and spacious. The location is very practical when you come from Phoenix; you don't have to get into Tucson before reaching your hotel, and the parking is free. The staff was nice and helpful. I needed to attend two online meetings, and the small business center was perfect for that. The late check-out time makes packing and departing stress-free. There was a little kitchen in the room and coffee was also available in the hall. All that for an honest price (at least off-season). We plan to come back for another weekend trip sometime this year, as there are other things we want to visit in Tucson and this is a very good place to stay to explore the area. (It was a good option to visit Biosphere 2)

I'm down in Tucson quite often. I've tried several hotels in Tucson, but was always disappointed. Never got a good night's sleep. Most of the hotels are older and drab. From the time we walked in, the front desk attendant was quick and efficient. She suggested we go to Sais for dinner and it was wonderful! The hotel was wasn't just clean - it was shiny. The bed was so comfortable, I slept through the night.

Quieter part of Oracle, quiet room on side with mountain view, comfortable room, nice pool /hot tab/patio area looking up to the mountains, nice breakfast room, lots of options for take out dinner and groceries nearby. Very close to Catalina State Park. Lots of hiking nearby. Good internet for Zoom meetings, and did not have to pay extra for available upgrade. Super warm and friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the last day I came down with the flu and was sick during the night. Two ladies working downstairs helped my boyfriend put together a little meds kit that included tea, cough drops and other meds to help me. That was so appreciated!!

Peggy

The view of the mountain straight behind the hotel was beautiful!!! The mexican restaurant was great to walk to and back. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious.
